General Conditions and Rules of the Show:

All entries may be made on the field, although entrants for BSJA classes are recommended to use the entry form for prior registration to avoid delay on the day - payment can be made on the day of the show, or sent with the form.

The Committee and Landowner do not hold themselves responsible for any accident, loss or injury to horses, spectators or property.  The Organisers reserve the right to alter the schedule at any time should it be necessary, to refuse entry and to cancel any class should there be insufficient entries recorded.  In the event of insufficient starters prizes will be awarded as per rule 76.6.1.  No member shall allow a stallion for which he/she is responsible as owner, lessee, authorised agent or rider to compete or be prepared to compete in any show jumping competition without taking adequate precautions to ensure other members of the public are not put at risk of injury.
